This intelligent hydraulic synchronization system is specifically designed for the multi-point balanced lifting, leveling, alignment, and repositioning of heavy loads. It consists of dedicated hydraulic lifting cylinders, a high-pressure hydraulic power unit, a PLC-based intelligent control system, and pressure and displacement detection modules.

The system employs a PLC control mode to achieve fully automatic operation, with the display accurately reflecting real-time pressure changes for convenient on-site use.

The system automatically maintains pressure and performs automatic pressure compensation. When the pressure reaches the set value, the pump station stops operating and maintains the pressure for an extended period. When the pressure drops to the value set for the pressure hold hysteresis, the pump automatically restarts to raise the pressure back to the set value until pressure relief is required. The pressure hold value is adjustable.
